Stunt & Action Industry Directory

Film Bodies & Commissions

Centre Cinématographique Marocain (CCM)

Morocco's national film authority

Film Authority · Rabat, MA

One of the world's oldest film bodies (est. 1944). It issues filming permits and professional ID cards, maintains a public register of film professionals, and administers the cash-rebate incentive — the framework under which every international action production in Ouarzazate and Marrakech operates.

Kenya Film Commission

Nairobi

Film Commission · Nairobi, KE

Established 2005, the national body promoting Kenya as a filming destination, capacity-building, and maintaining an Online Film Directory of crew and service providers. The closest thing Kenyan stunt freelancers have to an official register, though with no stunt-specific category.

National Film and Video Censors Board

NFVCB · Nigeria

Film Regulator · Abuja, NG

The statutory regulator of Nigeria's film sector. Its Approved Associations page is the authoritative list of recognised Nollywood guilds — and itself proof that no stunt guild exists. Nigerian stunt performers operate as freelancers or fold into the Actors Guild of Nigeria.

Academies & Training

Adams Stunts Academy

Adamson Ibrahim (Adamseffects)

Stunt Training · Lagos, NG

Run by Adamson Ibrahim, Nollywood's most prominent stunt coordinator and weapons trainer (Jagun Jagun, Anikulapo). He founded "Adams Stunts Academy" to train Nigerian stunt performers — the closest thing Nigeria has to a stunt school, operated through his personal brand rather than an institution.

Cedstunt / Proust Equestrian Stunt

Proust family stunt centre

On-the-Job Training · Marrakech, MA

Morocco's stunt training happens on the job and through the Proust family's equestrian stunt centre near Marrakech. Joël Proust has trained horses and choreographed equestrian action for four decades (Kingdom of Heaven, Game of Thrones); Cedstunt is the institutional successor and practical training pipeline.
